Harvest Bakery is known far and wide for it famous bread and rolls. Our famous “peel” hard rolls (poppy seeds or seedless) are baked directly on the hearth and will certainly be the best hard roll you ever taste. Also available are small hard rolls which are approximately half the size our peel hard rolls.
Our rye breads are still made with our fermented sour starter made and fermented daily and with absolutely no artificial flavors. Rye breads come in seeded, seedless, marble, and pumpernickel.
Italian breads come in small, large, and old fashion with a unique flavor not found in the bland Italian breads of our competitors.
Other breads available are white, whole wheat, whole grain, French, German coarse rye, English muffin, and cranberry walnut.
Salt free rye and white breads are also available.
Softrolls available include four types of dinner rolls including snowflake, butter, parkerhouse, and point rolls. We also make the best hamburger and hot dog rolls.
In the pictures above, our baker takes you through the steps of baking the best rolls around, from loading them onto the peel, to shaping them, to baking the rolls on the hearth of the oven. No one else around bakes the rolls this way.
